Jennifer Castle - Monarch Season

Jennifer Castle's sixth full length album wasn't recorded in the back bedroom of a council house in Basingstoke but in her coastal kitchen looking out onto the waters of Lake Eerie. It helped her see the moon as it reflected onto the water and inspired nine very personal songs. She recorded very quickly using  guitar, piano and harmonica on an album which celebrates the natural world and the beauty of simplicity.
