Mess Esque - Mess Esque

Mess Esque consists of guitarist Mick Turner - a member of Dirty Three alongside Jim White and Bad Seeds stalwart Warren Ellis - and McKisko frontwoman Helen Franzmann. It germinated from an idea that started before lockdown, but the long-distance nature of this particular collaboration gives ‘Mess Esque’ its nature, a heady, nocturnal maelstrom of guitars, organs and percussion.
