Chet Baker. He was so handsome before drugs took hold. Look at him in that enormous jumper, the lady laughing at some witty aside or other. This was the album where he put the trumpet down (you can see it on the chair there) and sang old standards like 'Old Devil Moon' and 'You're Driving Me Crazy'. He can't help but scat the odd trumpet solo amongst it though. An essential title from 1958.
